Pre-ECL (European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages) training on a modern and practical approach to mastering the English language kicks off in Baku on January 14. The training is organized by International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF) in cooperation with the Hungarian ECL center and will last till January 16.
The President of IEPF Umud Mirzayev opened the training and delivered the speech about the importance of the project for the participants. The training continues with the presentation on the theoretical and practical basis of the ECL program.
Noting that IEPF is the founder of the Eurasia Educational Centre, the only examination center for preparing and passing the ECL (European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages) exam, in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, and Central Asia. The center has an official agreement with the Hungarian University of Pécs, in which the ECL International Exam Centre is based.
