As it was reported earlier, on October 14, an event on the 30th anniversary of the International Eurasia Press Fund was held at the "Hilton" hotel.

Ednews informs that the event was attended by foreign guests, dignitaries, ambassadors, including the acting UN resident coordinator Guido Ambrosso, the former head of the NGO department of the UN Andrey Abramov, the executive director of the Al-Jazeera Media Network Mostefa Souag, General Consul of the International Rating Center Aleksandr Rabinovich, academician of RAEN, member of the Russian Union of Writers, Professor Yuri Pompeyov, director of the Global Water Environment and Health Institute (GIWEH) Nidal Salim, chairman of the Turkiye-European Union of Journalists Adnan Fişenk and others.

At the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between IEPF President Umud Mirzayev and Al Jazeera Media Network Executive Director Mostefa Souag.

A memorandum was also signed between the president of IEPF Umud Mirzayev and the president of the organisation at the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Efendiyeva.

It should be noted that the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the International Eurasia Press Fund was marked. The organisation was established in 1992 as an independent non-governmental organization, and was registered in accordance with the law on NGOs in Azerbaijan.
