AL-Jazeera Media Network colleague Ali Zalat called to prayer (adhan) in the mosque of Horadiz, a village has been liberated from the occupation of Armenian forces.

Ednews reports that Umud Mirzayev, the president of International Euroasia Press Fund shared about it on his Facebook page. He noted that on March 20, employees of "Al-Jazeera" media network, together with Ali Zalat and Mohamad Sulaiman, visited the liberated areas of Fuzuli district:

"Today, together with Al Jazeera Media Network employees Ali Zalat and Mohamad Sulaiman, we visited the liberated areas of Fuzuli district. Villages, settlements, mosques, cemeteries, and mined areas, which the savage enemy turned into ruins, horrified our colleagues. Ali Zalat, who could not hold back his tears from what he saw, involuntarily opened his hands to the Great God and began to call prayer (Adhan) in the village mosque of Horadiz. As far as I know, Ali Zalat was the first Muslim to call prayer (adhan) in this mosque after the war. For some reason, even if we are far enough away from the mosque, Ali's beautiful, magnificent voice still lingers in my ears."

Noted that "Al-Jazeera" Media Network together with the International Eurasia Press Fund will make documentaries about the mine problem in Karabakh.

Noted that "Al-Jazeera" has been cooperating with IEPF for 10 years. During the 44-day war, the channel filmed 4 films together with IEPF.
