The participants of the international forum "Healthy environment and mine-free life to achieve sustainable development goals" organized by the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations and in partnership with ANAMA were guests of the International Eurasia Press Fund.
Ednews reports that IEPF President Umud Mirzayev welcomed the guests. He informed them about the creation, activity and mission of the fund.
At the meeting, political analyst Hamdi Rifai, expert of Turkey's Center for Politics, Economics and Research (SETA) Mustafa Caner, head of the "Free Sarayeva from Mines" project, deputy director of "Mine Searching Team of Dogs" Center Maria Trlin, IEPF employee, Dutch writer Henri van Rens, Head of the NATO Security Investment Program, Engin Özdemir participated.
During the meeting, Umud Mirzayev discussed with the guests about the vandalism experienced in Karabakh in the 90s, the difficult political processes of the time, as well as the Western Azerbaijan Community. Discussions continued in question-answer format.
It was emphasized that the world community should be aware of the historical facts that happened in Karabakh, including other territories freed from occupation.
Note that more than 10 foreign experts from different countries participated in the 2-day long forum called "Healthy environment and Mine-Free life to achieve Sustainable Development Goals".
