Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Russian President Vladimir Putin "crazy," in an interview with The Washington Post, Ednews reports.
Talking about Russia potentially using nuclear weapons, Zelensky said that he believes the country wouldn't resort to this, adding, however, that he cannot say that with complete certainty as Putin is unpredictable. "He's crazy. There is nobody in the world who can tell you 100 percent what he will do. That's why [United States President Joe] Biden is cautious [when it comes to weapons supplies]," Ukraine's president shared.
Zelensky further added that Russia should have been stopped sooner.
