Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said on Thursday that Russia must inflict "maximum harm" on countries that imposed sanctions against it, Ednews informs.
"Harm to their economies, their institutions and their rulers. Harm to the well-being of their citizens. Their confidence in the future," he wrote on Telegram.
Medvedev said Russia must look for "critical vulnerabilities" in their economies and "literally destroy their energy, industry, transport, banking and social services." In addition, he repeated that Russia should send weapons to countries that are the "enemies of the Western world," excluding nuclear weapons "for now."
