According to the general staff of the Ukrainian armed forces, there have been significant casualties on the Russian side since the start of Moscow's military operation in February of the previous year. It reported that a total of 198,260 Russian troops have lost their lives in Ukraine, 590 deaths registered in the 24 hours alone, EDnews informs via Ukrainian media.
Furthermore, the report claims that Moscow has suffered material losses during this period, including at least 6 tanks, 12 armored protected vehicles, 27 artillery systems, 2 multiple rocket launchers, 2 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 29 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles, 15 trucks and tankers, and 9 units of special equipment.
