Some AZAL flights scheduled for today have been canceled, while others have been suspended until the end of the month

Due to recent events in the Middle East and the closure of airspace in a number of countries in the region, some flights of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) scheduled for today have been canceled.

"EDnews" reports, citing AZAL, that these are the following:

 Baku – Dammam – Baku (J2 8205/8206)

 Baku – Bahrain – Baku (J2 505/506)

 Baku – Riyadh – Baku (J2 8203/8204)

 Baku – Lahore – Baku (J2 145/146)

In addition, a decision has been made to temporarily suspend all flights to the following destinations:

 Baku - Tel Aviv - Baku from June 18 to June 30

 Baku - Tehran - Baku from June 19 to June 30
