Ednews reports that the observation team of İEPF is diligently monitoring the voting process across 31 constituencies. After 16:00, there was a noticeable increase in activity, and voter turnout across the republic surpassed 60 percent.
In total, 6,478,840 voters eligible to cast their ballots were registered. The snap presidential elections commenced today at 08:00.
İEPF is conducting its monitoring mission in 31 districts, encompassing 21 different cities and districts. Alongside the capital, Baku, major cities such as Khankendi, Shusha, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Zangilan, Jabrayil, Tartar, Barda, Goranboy, Naftalan, Ganja, Samukh, Beylagan, Kurdemir, Hajigabul, Khirdalan, and Sumgait are included.
It is important to note that the elections will conclude at 19:00.
