Enlargement of NATO was the reason that Russia started war in Ukraine in 2022, said Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili at Global Security Forum (GLOBSEC) held in Bratislava, EDnews reports.
"One of the main reasons was NATO, the enlargement of NATO. As well as a number of reasons," said Georgian Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister answered the moderator's next question of "Do you think that the enlargement of NATO provoked the war?" that one of the reasons was Ukraine's desire and determination to join the alliance.
