Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu insisted on Wednesday that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's (NATO) donations in weapons are proving not to be enough for Ukraine to defeat its country in their ongoing conflict, Ednews reports citing Sputnik.
Speaking at the ministry's conference call, Shoygu claimed that what he referred to as the Kiev regime is attempting to retake Zaporozhzhia, Donetsk, and Kherson but without success. Furthermore, he stressed that the "demoralization" among the Ukrainian army "is growing."
Moreover, Shoygu announced that more than 93,000 specialists have received training in working with high-technology weapons in 2023 as it was needed to respond to the "widespread use" of such equipment during the military operation in Ukraine.
