Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami m claimed that Tehran sees a prolonged and intense conflict between Israel and Hamas, Ednews informs via IRNA.
Speaking at a rally on Saturday, Salami asserted that Israel would face a definitive defeat and end up in the "dustbin of history." While not explicitly mentioning Iran's involvement, Salami hinted at untapped capacities within the Islamic world.
"The Zionist regime can no longer see peace and security. Muslims will take revenge on behalf of the oppressed people of Gaza, and this revenge has no expiration date," Salami stated.
