At least 73 people were killed and 123 sustained injuries as a result of the latest Israeli strikes in the central part of the Gaza Strip in the last day, the Hamas-led Palestinian Health Ministry reported on Wednesday.
"73 martyrs and 123 others injured are the total casualties that arrived in Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital (near Deir al-Balah city) over the past 24 hours," the ministry said in a statement.
Additionally, the Palestinian News Agency WAFA reported "new massacres" in the Jabalia refugee camp, the most densely populated camp in the enclave, resulting in "dozens" of deaths and injuries.
