The 18th edition of International Jazz Festival will be held in Baku, the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan told this.
According to the Ministry, the program of this year’s festival is rich.
Baku International Jas Festival will bring together musicians from 15 countries, including the Grammy award winners and candidates.
Baku Jazz Festival has been held since 2005 and has proved itself as one of the biggest events in the capital for more than a decade. Baku Jazz Festival and related advertisements are broadcast on Euronews TV channel.
In 2006, it was included in the list of the biggest jazz festivals in the world. Since 2017 Baku Jazz Festival has joined the Europe Jazz Network
Since 2018 Baku Jazz Festival has been a member of the UNESCO International Jazz Day celebration.
