On May 2-3, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the organization of the “Endorphin” advertising agency, the “Baku Flames International Creativity and Effectiveness Festival” will be held in Baku for the first time, bringing together creative individuals working in the fields of advertising, marketing, branding and design.

“EDnews” reports that the main goal of the festival is to unite creative individuals on one platform, promote talents and create conditions for their recognition in the international arena.

Panel discussions and interactive sessions, presentations by renowned international speakers, master classes and seminars, the “Baku Flames Award Ceremony”, etc. will be organized within the framework of the event. The products of the “Creative Market”, established at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture, will be presented to the attention of visitors within the framework of the “Baku Flames” festival.

This year, the “Young Lions Azerbaijan” creative competition, organized for the first time with the support of the Ministry of Culture, will also be held within the framework of the “Baku Flames” festival. In the next “Young Lions” competition, teams will compete in three categories: “Film”, “Design” and “Print” based on the submitted abstract.

The summary for the “Print” category was submitted by Pasha Malls, the summary for the “Film” category was submitted by the “Creative Center” project of the Ministry of Culture, and the summary for the “Design” category was submitted by Code Academy. The submitted works will be evaluated by international juries. The winners will receive the right to participate in the world’s most prestigious advertising festival “Cannes Lions” to be held in Cannes, France, from June 16 to 20.

The “Baku Flames” festival, which will be attended by approximately 1,500 participants, will create ample opportunities for the exchange of ideas and cooperation for creative individuals, agencies and young talents.

We note that this festival is being implemented in accordance with the Action Plan of the “Socio-economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026”, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 22, 2022.
