In January-May of 2023, Azerbaijan’s total export made up USD 16,1 bln, while export in the non-oil sector was USD 1,5 bln, Ednews reports.
Export in the non-oil sector increased by 22,1% in comparison to the same period in 2022.
In January-May of 2023, the export of food products was USD 334,4 mln. In the first five months of 2023, the export of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 5,9 times, sugar export by 43,8%, and fruit and vegetable export by 10,4%. During January-May of 2023, the statistical value of joint export of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 16,9% and made up USD 349,1 mln.
