Deputy Energy Minister of Azerbaijan Kamal Abbasov and Director of Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency Javid Abdullayev attended Pakistan Minerals Summit: "Dust to Development" international event, Ednews reports.
At the summit, discussions were held on investment opportunities in the mining sector, along with the management of natural resources, their efficient use, and security in the global supply chain.
It was noted that the discussions regarding the possible cooperation on the construction of a new oil refinery in Pakistan are continuing between the relevant institutions of Azerbaijan and Pakistan. Exploration of oil and gas structures in Pakistan, as well as opportunities for cooperation with relevant companies in the mining sector, were also noted.
