In an interview, Kliminov said that he was born and raised in Moscow. I had a guitar. If I had a chance, I would like to enter the conservatory. At the age of 25-30, I listened to the classics of Rakhmaninov, Stravinsky, Dvorzhk, Maller, and the music of contemporary composers such as Artyomov, Zagamenov, Petrov. "
According to him, the music characterizes the protagonist, as well as tells a brief summary of the film. The music reflects the inner conflict and inner state of the hero.
The composer says that everyone has their own inner drama, secret and different experiences from everyone. "If we compare people to a musical instrument, some of them are like the flute and some of them are like the orchestra," he said. I see myself in the orchestral version of Rakhmaninov's vocals. This music reflects the Russian spirit. I do not read the script presented to me, I want to look like a spectator. I listen to the voice of my inner emotions. The film "Complete Strangers" has an interesting theme. Director Valery Devyatilov gave me freedom. Let the audience decide how it was taken, "he said.
