United States President Joe Biden said in an address from the Oval Office that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Hamas are "different threats," but that they have in common the goal to "annihilate neighboring democracies."
Biden claimed that the US must support Ukraine because a failure to do so would encourage Putin not to "limit himself to Ukraine" and attack other neighboring countries, such as Poland or the Baltic states. He insisted that NATO would defend "every inch" of its territory if Russia attacked any ally.
President of the Black African Defense League (LDNA), Egountchi Behanzin, who lives in France, said Ednews that President Biden's views are inadequate:
“It’s making a projection of what they themselves are. For a while now, we have observed the American president's obsession with blaming everything on Russia and President Putin. These are elements of language, war propaganda, a psychological war that American imperialism is trying to wage against Russia.”
According to him, Russia, nor Putin, has no interest in supporting Hamas against Israel since Russia maintains good relations with the Jewish state:
“There is even cooperation between the two states. The concern is: why is Biden stating all of this without providing evidence to support what he is saying? Quite simply because he wants to spread disinformation, continue to demonize Russia and its president, and try to isolate Russia since their illegal and illegitimate sanctions did not work after using Ukraine as a proxy to wage war with NATO against Russia.”
“Therefore, with experience, we must not take or consider the preposterous statements of this Biden, coming from people who have always lied to the whole world to invade countries, especially in Iraq with their accusation of weapons of mass destruction. By accusing Russia, they want to reach Iran, which is an ally of Russia and a sworn enemy of the United States and Israel. Russia already has problems to resolve and has absolutely no time to support Hamas against a country like Israel. However, it would not be surprising to discover that the United States and Biden support this same group indirectly; as they do with the terrorist groups, they support destabilization. It is their specialty”, - E. Behanzin concluded.
