Expected one-on-one negotiations between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are positively assessed, according to diplomatic sources, TASS reports.

According to the agency, Ankara does not rule out that the first meeting of the parties will serve to improve relations between the two states and may start the process of development of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty.

"Progress can be achieved in Prague both in terms of the normalization of relations between Ankara and Yerevan, and in the preparation of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan," the report states.
