As we reported, German journalist Martin Lejeune visited the regions of Turkey where the earthquake occurred.
He gave an exclusive interview to Ednews about what he saw there. In the interview, Martin talked about the result caused by the earthquake.
"Approximately 20 million people of Turkey were affected by this earthquake. When I was still in Hatay and there was an earthquake up to 5 points, my body was shaking. I must say that people in Turkey currently need more treatment support. Turkey's hospitals are overcrowded."
He also emphasized that the earthquake had a psychological effect on people.
It has psychological effects, people are traumatized and still in shock. Therefore, I think that international aid is needed to support people with psychological problems."
