A note was sent to Iran regarding the disappearance of an Azerbaijani citizen.
Ednews reports that Aykhan Hajizadeh, head of the press service department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, informed about this while answering the questions of local media representatives.
According to him, on March 9, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received an application regarding the fact that Farid Gabil oghlu Safarli, a citizen of Azerbaijan, a student of Jena University in Germany, born in 1997, went on a visit to Iran on February 20, but did not hear from him since March 4:
"For the purpose of clarifying the mentioned information, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a note to the Iranian embassy in our country and is currently waiting for a response from the other side.
