Azerbaijan and Armenia have all prerequisites for concluding a peace treaty, spokesman for Kremlin Dmitry Peskov said, Ednews reports.
According to Peskov, Russia hopes for a lasting ceasefire and the possibility of returning evacuated civilians in Garabagh.
The Kremlin spokesman added that there are no specifics yet regarding the opening of transport corridors in the region (South Caucasus).
Peskov also said that an investigation was conducted into the death of Russian peacekeepers in Garabagh. He noted that Russian peacekeepers made every effort to help people in Garabagh to leave dangerous areas.
