“The U.S. delayed issuing visas to me and the rest of the Iranian delegation,” said Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir Abdullahian in his statement to journalists, Ednews reports.
“The U.S. issued visas to me and to Iranian delegation this morning, therefore, attending to the United Nations Security Council meeting was practically impossible,” the Minister stressed.
He pointed out that Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi’s visit to Ankara this week was postponed due to the UN Security Council meeting on the situation in Gaza and the ceasefire process.
