Netflix Inc. announced on Wednesday that 15 million of the company's users subscribed to the advertisement-supported tier since its introduction a year ago, Ednews reports citing variety.
In its written statement, Netflix revealed its plans for the first quarter of 2024, which include the new binge ad option, which will allow users to see three episodes of a series in a row and then the fourth one ad-free. It also revealed several new sponsors, including T-Mobile International AG.
"We are also working diligently to bring more measurement capabilities to our advertisers globally, as we look to partner internationally with third-party providers to enable campaign verification in 2024," the company added.
