“Armenia continued its crimes against mankind in the Second Karabakh war too,” said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the event dedicated to 31st anniversary of Khojaly genocide, Ednews.net reports.
“In 2020, by attacking civilians and infrastructure in Ganja, Barda and Tartar which were far away from the battlefield, Armenia committed the same war crimes that it committed in 1992. However, this time, it used more fatal weapons including cluster bombs, missile systems to cause for more civilian losses. The responsibility of Armenia and its leadership, both past and present, for these crimes has been recognized and documented by a number of independent international sources. Unfortunately, those committing crimes in Khojaly and Azerbaijan’s other occupied territories, have not been brought to responsibility yet.”
