"The mine explosion in Tartar is a terrorist event, and we are facing these disasters caused by Armenians more often in recent days."
Ednews reports that Umud Mirzayev, president of the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF), told reporters in the area where the mine explosion occured in Tartar.
Reminding that 3 people lost their lives as a result of a mine explosion the other day, U. Mirzayev said that these areas were terribly polluted with mines:
"A person is horrified when he sees the details of the incident. These places are among the areas most contaminated by mines for 30 years. The same problem is experienced in all areas along the former contact line."
U. Mirzayev reminded that three landmine incidents occurred in the last ten days.
