Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev and the first lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in a number of events in Shusha, EDnews reports.
On May 10, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and their family members got acquainted with the construction works carried out in the residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in the city of Shusha, and participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of the 2nd residential complex consisting of 17 buildings.
Ilham Aliyev, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva and family members took part in the opening of the plaques at the intersection of Heydar Aliyev and 8 Noyabr streets, and Shusha Hotel-Congress Center Complex in Shusha on May 10. They participated in the opening of the Shusha Creative Center after the restoration work carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, as well.
They attended the opening of street boards at the intersection of Khurshidbanu Natavan, Zafar, Karabakh and Khan Shushinski streets in the city of Shusha,opening of Saatli Mosque after the restoration work carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Shusha.
