Azer Lutvaliyev, an entrepreneur, is among those, who have benefited from a concessional loan, the Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, wrote on X, Ednews informs.
“The entrepreneur has received 200,000 manats ($117,647) in concessional loan from the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, which will be used to implement the tourism development project in Gabala,” Jabbarov said.
