Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant (pictured) and his Italian counterpart Guido Crosetto held talks on Monday to discuss security issues that keep the Middle East on edge, especially between the Israeli and Iranian governments.
Gallant confirmed he updated Crosetto on "security developments and threats posed by Iran and its proxies" while exchanging information on the Israeli Defense Forces' "readiness." At the same time, he called international allies to back his country "at this time" of tensions.
