In his statement to Ednews, Russian expert Vitaly Arkov said that there is no official news about this yet and that he is not a rival to Putin in Russia:

The expert believes that the West cannot do anything against Putin, and the sanctions they are trying to impose are an example of this.

One of the West's goals is to change Russia's leadership in a direction beneficial to the United States and its satellites. But this seems practically impossible. They see what the West wants to do to this country.
The plans of the US and its minions to blockade and defeat Russia were a complete fiasco. Russia is not isolated. On the contrary, Russia is at the forefront, it is one of the leaders of the majority in favor of the restart of globalism on the basis of justice, a multipolar world, a society of equal opportunities.
