On April 4, the President of the International Eurasian Press Foundation, Umud Mirzayev, visited the Agdam Mechanical Irrigation Department on the International Mine Warning and Mine Threat Assistance Day.
Ednews informs that Hafiz Azimzadeh, head of the Agdam Mechanical Irrigation Department, informed about the shelters created in Aghdam:
"In general, we suffered a lot in the First Karabakh War. Hateful enemies displaced us from our place, our homeland. We had a lot of troubles. However, before the Second Karabakh war, the process of digging and building shelters was already carried out in the region. We also built a shelter in this area, which appears to be a mechanical irrigation collective. We created seats, water supply, beds, and internet facilities for the protection of 50 people at the same time."
