In a significant step towards the rehabilitation of the liberated territories, a controlled detonation operation was successfully carried out to neutralize landmines discovered in the village of Jojuqmarjanli, Jabrayil district.
According to Ednews, the Inter-Agency Center, operating under the Coordination Headquarters established for the centralized resolution of issues in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, conducted a familiarization visit to the demining operations in the Jabrayil district as part of the Lachin visit of the Working Group on Demining and Unexploded Ordnance.
The visitors were informed about the areas cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
On August 16, Lachin will host a meeting of the Working Group on Demining and Unexploded Ordnance.
