An investigation was conducted on 612 suspects in connection with buildings destroyed by the earthquake in Türkiye," said Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag, Ednews.net reports.
The minister emphasized that 184 of them have been detained, and 55 have already been arrested.
According to him, samples were taken from 7,598 buildings destroyed by the earthquake so far and their expertise was conducted.
