State Secretary of U.S. Antony Blinken met with Foreign Minister of Sweden Tobias Billström, Ednews reports.
State Secretary made a post on his Twitter account in this regard:
"Great speaking with Swedish FM Tobias Billström. I affirmed that the United States believes that both Sweden and Finland are ready now to be NATO Allies, and we look forward to their accession at the earliest possible date".
