Large-scale military exercises are starting in Sweden, in which Ukrainian servicemen will take part, Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Sweden said, Ednews reports citing UK Top News.
Military personnel from Sweden, Ukraine, the United States, Great Britain, Finland, Poland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Austria, Germany and France are participating in the Aurora 23 exercise.
A total of 26,000 women and men will be involved.
Training will be conducted in the air, on land and at sea.
The purpose of the training is to strengthen the potential of countering an armed attack on Sweden.
