The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Alikhan Smailov, is scheduled to visit Tehran on April 26 at the invitation of the first Vice President of Iran, Mohammad Mokhber, at the head of a delegation, Ednews reports citing Total News.
This trip is done in order to expand economic and commercial relations and more mobility in the relations between the two countries, and a delegation of economic activists of this country will accompany Smailov.
The Iran-Kazakhstan business conference will be held at the Iran Chamber with the presence of officials and economic activists of the two countries.
Expanding cooperation between Kazakhstan and Iran in the energy industry will significantly improve bilateral trade statistics. Using the capacities of the KTI railway line to connect Kazakhstan’s oil to the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman can be considered as an option. The two countries aim to facilitate the diversification of export and import of various types of agricultural, industrial, mineral products and joint ventures, to provide suitable competitive conditions for the development of long-term investment and trade cooperation among commercial, industrial and mineral enterprises of the two countries and also emphasizing the continuation of the implementation of the roadmap for commercial, industrial, mining and investment cooperation is moving forward.
