Russia's first tactical nuclear warheads have already been delivered to Belarus, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his speech at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Ednews reports.
He said that the first batch of nuclear warheads has already been delivered to Belarus, and this process will be completed by the end of this summer.
