The United Nations is not able to influence the Western countries to fulfill their obligations to the Russian Federation regarding the collective grain agreement, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Ednews reports.
"We have heard statements from the representative of the United Nations that they could not influence the collective Western countries to fulfill the Russian part of the agreement. Therefore, unfortunately, nothing has changed, everything is the same. No, there are not any preconditions, because, that (a part of the agreement regarding Russia-ed.) has not been carried out. The agreements have not been fulfilled yet," Peskov said in his response to whether there are any preconditions regarding the extension of grain deal by Russia.
