Stanislaw Zaryn, the government plenipotentiary for the Security of the Information Space of Poland, shared with TVP Info on Thursday that the country is monitoring the situation on its border with Belarus, and is ready for "various scenarios."
"We see a lot of efforts by Russia and Belarus to scare us. We do not underestimate the threats, but we also do not panic," Zaryn commented. He went on to say that although the "participation of the Wagner mercenaries in some hybrid operations or provocations" is possible, Poland is working on securing and strengthening its border.
Earlier today, Belarusian Defense Ministry announced that Wagner mercenaries will be assisting the country's military forces during training near the border with Poland.
