Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev stated on Monday that Finland's accession to NATO "creates new threats to national security."
He mentioned that the activity of far-right groups in that country demanding the return of the territories lost at the end of World War II had intensified. "Apparently, the lessons of the recent past have not been learned," Patrushev warned during a meeting in Petrozavodsk.
In addition, he also took the opportunity to say that "the West," together with the Ukrainian special services, coordinated the latest drone attacks on Russian territory. The latter makes the United States a "sponsor of terrorism," Patrushev claimed.
