China and the European Union will hold the 10th High-Level Economic and Trade Dialogue in Beijing on September 25, the Chinese Commerce Ministry (MOFCOM) said on Thursday.
According to the ministry's statement, the official meeting will be chaired by State Council Vice-Premier of the He Lifeng and European Commission Executive Vice President and European Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis.
Earlier, Chinese Premier Li Qiang told European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen that it is necessary to intensify cooperation between Brussels and Beijing, which would benefit both sides and the whole world.
