A 3.5 magnitude earthquake occurred in Kyrgyzstan at 7:31 am on October 4, reports the Institute of Seismology of the Academy of Sciences, Ednews reports citing AKI Press.
The source of the earthquake is located in Zhaman-Too mountains. It is 27 km northwest of Ak-Beyit village, 42 km southwest of Baetovo village, and 112 km southwest of Naryn city.
Tremors with a force of about 2.5 were felt in Ak-Beyit village.
