Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal shared on Tuesday on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Germany is working on another aid package for the country.
"Germany is preparing a 1.4 billion euro winter aid package for Ukraine, including air defense equipment," Shmyhal wrote, expressing his gratitude to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the German people.
In a separate statement, Shmyhal, who was visiting Berlin, revealed that the two signed an investment insurance guarantee on the sidelines of a forum. The focus was on "five key sectors that offer special prospects for investment: energy, the defense-industrial complex, the agricultural sector, natural resources, and digital technologies."
