Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov (pictured) announced in a Telegram post on Wednesday that Russia will win the war in Ukraine in 2024.
He said that after they regain several cities, they will "allow" the Ukrainian leadership to sign surrender documents "and finally liberate the Ukrainian people from total destruction by the West."
Kadyrov concluded by saying that their forces are confidently moving forward, explaining that since Russia is in a more favorable strategic and economic position, there is "no point in talking about negotiations with Ukraine."
