Armenia will not send a delegation to the upcoming Collective Security Treaty Organization's meeting dedicated to members' parliaments, National Assembly President Alen Simonyan's spokeswoman Tsovinar Khachatryan stated on Tuesday.
Previously, Simonyan said he will not attend the summit as Yerevan is not satisfied with the organization's stance toward Armenia but insisted the relations with the alliance are not halted. The meeting will be held in Moscow on December 19 and chaired by Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
In November, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan did not attend the meeting of the leaders of the CSTO members as he previously criticized the group for not supporting his country more amid the renewed tensions with Azerbaijan over Garabagh.
